The original Chonkatsu logo brings the brand mascot to life, doing what he does best: happily devouring a giant bowl of ramen.  Inspired by Japanese food culture, the artwork combines Chonkatsu with Mount Fuji, cherry blossoms, a torii gate, bold red-and-black graphics, and the signature CHONKATSU lettering.

Printed on a premium heavyweight oversized T-shirt, the small Chonkatsu logo on the chest keeps the front clean while giving the shirt a distinctive streetwear look.

Born from a love of cats, Asian food and graphic streetwear, Chonkatsu travels from dish to dish in search of his next obsession.  Ramen was one of the dishes that started it all, so the original logo captures him exactly where he belongs: chopsticks in paw, noodles everywhere and completely committed to the bowl.

Your Chonkatsu design is produced using Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, a process designed to reproduce detailed, full-colour artwork with sharp lines and vibrant colour.

DTF is especially well suited to Chonkatsu’s bold illustrations because it preserves the small details, strong blacks, bright reds and subtle colour variations that give each design its personality.

Our designs contain far more detail than a simple one- or two-colour logo. DTF lets us reproduce that artwork in full colour while maintaining the bold, graphic look that defines Chonkatsu.

For the longest print life, wash inside out in cold water, use a gentle cycle, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over the graphic.
